Architect - BIM & Design Production
About the Role
Architect — BIM & Design Production
Mid-Level — 4–6 Years Experience
We are looking for a mid-level architect who commands both design thinking and technical execution — capable of taking a project from first sketch to fully resolved detailed design, independently and with integrity. Revit fluency is essential, not as a drafting tool, but as a medium for design.
Experience of design across villas and towers is a prerequisite.
Senior oversight exists; the expectation is that you will rarely need it.
You're probably a great fit if you have
– Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
– 4–6 years of professional experience within an architectural practice
– Demonstrated project experience across villa and mid-to-high-rise tower typologies
– Proven ability to independently manage a project under senior supervision
– Revit proficiency is non-negotiable — families, parameters, schedules, model management, and coordination workflows
– Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
– 3D visualisation tools (Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent) are a plus
– Familiarity with GCC authority submission requirements is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Revit models end-to-end — from schematic massing through to coordinated detailed design documentation
– Produce complete drawing sets for villa and multi-storey tower typologies: plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules
– Create, adapt, and manage Revit families and parameters to project-specific and studio standards
– Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants within a federated BIM environment
– Maintain model integrity, drawing standards, and file naming discipline across the project lifecycle
– Translate design intent accurately through all production stages
– Engage in client and consultant meetings; present and articulate design decisions with confidence
– Identify design and technical conflicts proactively
What We Look For
– Technical precision: detail matters here at every scale
– Design sensitivity: the ability to carry intent, not just replicate instructions
– Self-direction: ownership of a brief, a deadline, and a drawing set
– Resourceful: No brief is too complex, no constraint too tight
– All In: We believe in the work we are building together. Every project, every detail, every decision — fully committed, no half measures.
What to Expect
A collaborative, low-hierarchy environment where your work has direct impact. We're still building — which means the role will evolve, and so will the opportunities around it.
