Project Architect

7–10 Years Experience

We are looking for a Project Architect who owns a project from brief to handover, leading design development, technical resolution, and delivery with authority and integrity. You will be the central point of coordination between the design team, consultants, clients, and authorities, ensuring every stage is resolved, documented, and delivered to standard. Revit fluency is essential, not only as a production tool, but as the backbone of how a project is managed, coordinated, and controlled.

Experience leading villa and tower projects through to construction is a prerequisite.

Senior leadership sets the direction; the expectation is that you will carry the project.

You're probably a great fit if

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

• 7-10 years of professional experience within an architectural practice, with at least 3–4 years in a project lead role

• Proven delivery of villa and mid-to-high-rise tower projects, ideally through to completion on site

• Demonstrated ability to manage a project team, programme, and client relationship independently

• Revit proficiency is non-negotiable: model setup, families, parameters, schedules, worksharing, and BIM coordination workflows

• Strong working knowledge of GCC authority submission requirements and local building codes in the UAE

• 3D visualization tools (Enscape, Lumion, D5, or equivalent) are a plus!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, from concept and schematic design through detailed design, authority approvals, tender, and construction stage

• Own the design vision of each project, establishing the concept, narrative, and design language and carrying them consistently from first sketch to completed building

• Lead concept generation and design exploration, setting creative direction for the team and driving the design through iterative review

• Define and uphold the studio's design language across projects, ensuring every output reflects a coherent architectural identity

• Act as the design authority on the project, making final calls on design decisions, materials, and detailing, and protecting design intent against cost, programme, and consultant pressures

• Lead internal design reviews and critiques, raising the quality of thinking across the team

• Curate materiality, façade expression, and spatial quality, working closely with interior, landscape, and specialist consultants to keep the design unified

• Own the project programme: set deliverables, manage deadlines, and keep the team on schedule

• Direct and mentor a project team of architects and designers, reviewing their output for quality, accuracy, and design intent

• Oversee Revit model strategy, including setup, standards, worksets, families, and federated coordination with structural, MEP, and interior consultants

• Lead consultant coordination and clash resolution, driving decisions rather than waiting for them

• Prepare and manage authority submissions and approvals within GCC regulatory frameworks

• Review and sign off complete drawing sets for villa and multi-storey tower typologies before issue

• Lead client and consultant meetings; present, defend, and articulate design decisions with confidence

• Provide technical support during tender and construction, including RFIs, shop drawing reviews, site visits, and variation assessment

• Identify risks early (design, technical, programme, or commercial) and bring solutions along with the problem
