Constructed using an additive concrete printing technique with a large 3D printer (20x120x40 feet), the building was printed on-site in 17 days and assembled in two, with interior and exterior work completed in three months. Serving as the temporary headquarters for the Dubai Future Foundation, it also acts as an exhibition space and incubator for emerging technologies. The innovative construction method reduced labor costs by over 50% and minimized material waste, lowering the environmental impact. The building features a super-insulated, computer-designed cladding system, showcasing cutting-edge architectural and engineering advancements.
